Two New York City precinct presidents are reaching opposite a Hudson River to needle New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie about a plan that could change New York’s perspective of a stately Palisades, a Daily News has learned.

Ruben Diaz Jr. of a Bronx and Scott Stringer of Manhattan sent Christie a minute Tuesday propelling him to stop LG Electronics from building a 143-foot-tall new domicile atop a scenic sandstone cliffs.
